Timothy Partners, Ltd. ("TPL") is a Florida limited partnership organized on December 6, 1993. Timothy Plan founder and CEO Art Ally pioneered The Master’s Plan, a unique service facilitated by Timothy Partners, Ltd.

The Master’s Plan was chartered in January 2018, as a “no fee” 403(b) retirement plan for pastors and other qualified ministries. TPL covers the cost of planning, launching and administering the retirement plans. Some of those covered costs include:

Timothy Partners, Ltd. is also registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment advisor. TPL supervises the investment of the assets of each Timothy Plan Fund in accordance with the objectives, policies and restrictions of the Trust.
